I always try to follow the trends of London, the mecca of the cocktail scene and upcoming trends.
I am passionate about everything that has to do with mixology, hospitality and everything that has to do with bartending. My goal as bartender is additionally to constantly surprise guests with new combinations and techniques, but more importantly to trigger guests’ taste buds so they discover new tastes themselves that they never have before. I am always looking for new trends and innovation.
