So after dining, you are more than welcome to stick around. Barbarossa is located in an ancient building that once served as a beer cellar where shady gambling games were played. The past contributes to the touch of mystery surrounding the bar: Barbarossa was once the name of the Groningen beer that secretly flowed from the tap there.
