On Matteo: Considered one of the most talented Italian Bartender around the world, globally in less than three years he was in the first 4 positions at the Bacardi Legacy 2012, a 2nd position at the Diplomatico World Tournament in 2013 and in 2015 he was Global Champion for the Americas during the Belvedere Martini Challenge and then gaining the 3rd position in the world final as the USACompetitor in 2016 with his Drink “International Martini”. In 2013 fascinated by Japanese Bartending, He has the opportunity to work under the supervision of the great master Hidetsugu Ueno at the super famous Tokyo Bar ‘High Five’, where he learned a lot about Japanese Concept of hospitality and Nippon Mixability. He collaborates with many national and international magazines such as Drinks International, Bartenders Magazine and BarLife. His cocktails have been published by Gary Regan in his book “101 Best New Cocktails” and his way to make ‘Bar’ was a subject in a BBC television program about Italian Food &Beverage panorama. Celia started her hospitality career in New Zealand before moving on to Melbourne, Sydney, London and Paris where she expanded her involvement in craft cocktail culture and went on to work with brands as an International Sprits Manager before moving to Singapore to found Compound Collective and launch Barbary Coast. She has hands-on experience with commercial product research, development and innovation, and has spent time across five continents where she has been involved in large scale production and molecular stabilisation. She has extensive design experience and utilises it daily. She is currently leading the expansion for Compound Collective. Trained in New York and San Francisco, Michael is widely regarded as one of the leading global consultants and is regularly covered in international media. An expert in F&B design & concept development, he is the co-owner of 28 HongKong Street and Barbary Coast. On Zoltan Zoltan Nagy Master degree in Agricultural Sciences, speaks five languages perfectly, in three others at a conversational level. Actively involved in hospitality for twenty years and has been organizing and holding trainings around the world for more than ten years. From 1997 to 2000 lived in Spain from 2000 to 2005 in England. In 2006 it became one of the owners of Absolutbar, mainly focusing on corporate events. In 2006, with Lilla Kocsis founded LAB- London Academy of Bartenders a cocktail bartender school and he has been teaching bartenders ever since. In 2008, he founded Boutiq’Bar with his business partner and Lilla Kocsis. Boutiq’s 3-persons staff consisted of Zoltán, Lilla and Roland Lukács, in the early years. From 2009-2011 Cafe Cino co-owner From 2014-2019, founder and owner of Mad Dog Cafe 2013-2021. co-owner of Paul and The Monkeys, social eatery, Vienna. 2014-2020 founder and co- owner of Bitter Mendez Cafe & Bar, Vienna. Since 2016, co-owner of the Barra Mexico Barshow in Mexico. He has been holding professional bartender training since 2005 internally. He made his international debut in Berlin in 2009 at Berlin Bar Convent ,where he presented the pálinka, the Hungarian Brandy to the international audience, along with Leaping Frog a hungarian apricot brandy based cocktail made by Tom Bollock in the USA in 1917. In 2014, he held training for 350 bartenders in four major cities in Poland. In 2016, more than 2000 bartenders from Russia took part in his training sessions from St Petersburg to Novosibirsk. In 2018 the distance covered by plane would add up the distance of circumnavigation of the Earth. In 2018, his Barometer lecture on practical psychology at the Kiev Bar Show was one of the most popular lectures. 2019 invited by Madrid Fusion to present at the main stange in collaboration with the Hungarian Tourist Agency. 2017-2022 Trainings, lectures, and judging filled most of his work abroad.
