On Zoltan Zoltan Nagy Master degree in Agricultural Sciences, speaks five languages perfectly, in three others at a conversational level. Actively involved in hospitality for twenty years and has been organizing and holding trainings around the world for more than ten years. From 1997 to 2000 lived in Spain from 2000 to 2005 in England. In 2006 it became one of the owners of Absolutbar, mainly focusing on corporate events. In 2006, with Lilla Kocsis founded LAB- London Academy of Bartenders a cocktail bartender school and he has been teaching bartenders ever since. In 2008, he founded Boutiq’Bar with his business partner and Lilla Kocsis. Boutiq’s 3-persons staff consisted of Zoltán, Lilla and Roland Lukács, in the early years. From 2009-2011 Cafe Cino co-owner From 2014-2019, founder and owner of Mad Dog Cafe 2013-2021. co-owner of Paul and The Monkeys, social eatery, Vienna. 2014-2020 founder and co- owner of Bitter Mendez Cafe & Bar, Vienna. Since 2016, co-owner of the Barra Mexico Barshow in Mexico. He has been holding professional bartender training since 2005 internally. He made his international debut in Berlin in 2009 at Berlin Bar Convent ,where he presented the pálinka, the Hungarian Brandy to the international audience, along with Leaping Frog a hungarian apricot brandy based cocktail made by Tom Bollock in the USA in 1917. In 2014, he held training for 350 bartenders in four major cities in Poland. In 2016, more than 2000 bartenders from Russia took part in his training sessions from St Petersburg to Novosibirsk. In 2018 the distance covered by plane would add up the distance of circumnavigation of the Earth. In 2018, his Barometer lecture on practical psychology at the Kiev Bar Show was one of the most popular lectures. 2019 invited by Madrid Fusion to present at the main stange in collaboration with the Hungarian Tourist Agency. 2017-2022 Trainings, lectures, and judging filled most of his work abroad.
