In 2013 fascinated by Japanese Bartending, He has the opportunity to work under the supervision of the great master Hidetsugu Ueno at the super famous Tokyo Bar ‘High Five’, where he learned a lot about Japanese Concept of hospitality and Nippon Mixability. He collaborates with many national and international magazines such as Drinks International, Bartenders Magazine and BarLife. His cocktails have been published by Gary Regan in his book “101 Best New Cocktails” and his way to make ‘Bar’ was a subject in a BBC television program about Italian Food &Beverage panorama. Celia started her hospitality career in New Zealand before moving on to Melbourne, Sydney, London and Paris where she expanded her involvement in craft cocktail culture and went on to work with brands as an International Sprits Manager before moving to Singapore to found Compound Collective and launch Barbary Coast. She has hands-on experience with commercial product research, development and innovation, and has spent time across five continents where she has been involved in large scale production and molecular stabilisation. She has extensive design experience and utilises it daily. She is currently leading the expansion for Compound Collective. Trained in New York and San Francisco, Michael is widely regarded as one of the leading global consultants and is regularly covered in international media. An expert in F&B design & concept development, he is the co-owner of 28 HongKong Street and Barbary Coast.
