Like the Dutch menageries of the Golden Age in Amsterdam, Rosalia’s Menagerie is a place where the exotic and unknown meets the local. Established in 2017, this small & cozy award-winning cocktail lounge is located in a 17th century canal house on one of Amsterdam’s oldest canals. We create seasonally inspired menus with signature cocktails. Our extensive Jenever, rare and vintage spirit collection showcases local flavours and will surprise and delight. Our pride and passion? Creating unexpected flavor combinations using distilling and culinary techniques, making those bespoke cocktails, and conjuring up that forgotten classic that will fit your mood.
